Captain’s Galley is an absolute gem! A group of four of us stopped in on our way to go fishing, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our day. From the moment we walked in, the service was top-tier. Our waitress was exceptional; friendly, attentive, and gave great recommendations that truly made the experience even better. Now let’s talk about the food… simply amazing. I ordered the shrimp and grits based on her suggestion, and wow, so glad I did. It was beyond belief! Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and easily one of the best I’ve ever had. One of my buddies ordered the pecan pancakes, and after one bite, I understood the hype, they were absolutely to die for. Everyone at the table loved their meals, and you could tell everything was made with care and quality ingredients. The atmosphere, the service, and especially the food all came together to create a great experience. This is definitely a must-go spot. If you’re anywhere near Captain’s Galley, do yourself a favor and stop in, you won’t regret it!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful breakfast at Captain Galley’s! The Ham & Scram was absolutely delicious, and everything arrived quickly and hot. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were hoping for. A special thank you to Kristin B. for her excellent service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Fast service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere made for a fantastic breakfast experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a great brunch at the Captain's Galley. The Hawaiian pulled pork eggs benedict special tasted fantastic. The home fries were crispy and browned nicely. Our server Lizy B was attentive and polite. The building is a vintage Key West style beach house. Pretty cool.
We have been here a few times in the past for breakfast and it was great! This time we stopped in for lunch and it was great as well. I had a tuna melt with lettuce, tomato, and swiss on toasted rye. 😋. Best I ever had. We also had fried green tomatoes which were fantastic. Husband had a BLT with mashed potatoes that the waitress recommended. He loved them!!! Great classic diner with friendly staff that makes you feel like you live in Fort Pierce 😀 Love it!!!!

Came in for breakfast this morning and had a really nice experience. The place felt clean and relaxed, and the staff greeted everyone with a smile. I ordered the pancakes with eggs and bacon, and everything came out fresh and hot. Pancakes were fluffy and not too sweet, which I liked. Coffee stayed full most of the time, so that was a plus. Service was a little busy but still friendly and helpful. Prices seemed fair for the portion size. Overall, a solid breakfast spot I’d come back to again when I’m nearby.
Our breakfast at Captain’s Galley a few days ago was phenomenal. I got a traditional meal of eggs, bacon, potatoes with onions, and blueberry pancakes. Perfection. Our server on the patio was also excellent! He was upbeat, knowledgeable, very kind, & happy to make sure we were good. Thanks!
Captain's Galley has been around for a long time. Probably because of it's all around high quality of restaurant experience. It's a great location and the building itself is vert interesting with veranda seating surrounding an inner dinning room. The food was great and the service very friendly. Probably call it s "must try" if you're in Fort Pierce.
This place is a wonderful spot for breakfast near the water. The prices are very reasonable, the portion sizes are great and I went home with tons of leftovers and the staff is very friendly. I was recommended this place by a friend and will be recommending it to others as well!
